Spring has sprung.
Spring is finally here and I couldn’t be more excited. My flowers are starting to bloom, the days are longer and we are past the dreary cold of winter. What sweet relief!
I don’t know about your part of the world, but we have been having horrible fog the last few months and it has been so gloomy not seeing the sun for days (and weeks) on end. But we are past it and I couldn’t be more inspired to open the windows, let the fresh air and sunshine in and really embrace all that spring has to offer.
Sure, the garage needs a good organizing, and the house needs a good spring cleaning, but what I’m really focused on this spring is clearing out stuffy old patterns in the relationships around me.
Taking the time to be a bit more present during shared mealtimes. Which sadly seems more rare given the busy schedules of my two teenagers. Enjoying the outside air with my husband, even when I know there’s other household tasks that may need to be attended to. And really letting go of the little stuff that doesn’t matter half as much as the big stuff right in front of me.
As you move into Spring, what are you working to release? What frustrations can you let the warm breeze take away? What new growth around you are you embracing? And how can you celebrate this beautiful season of freshness?
Enjoy all things spring, especially in love, and see where it takes you.
I’m here to cheer you on.
