Two approaches, same outcome

I tend to be a person with a vision.  One who runs a few steps ahead in her own mind but lacks the ability to let those around her know all the mapped out steps in her head.  One that prefers her own method to the madness.

And despite all that, I also realize that different approaches can reach the same outcome.  I really really do.

More than one person can have an absolutely brilliant vision of how to complete a task or approach a problem and it can be dramatically different than the person they do life with.  AND they can both reach the same desired outcome.

Let me say that again, two different approaches can reach the same outcome.  Because the repetition is as much for myself as it is for you.

Work to step back from your way and see how the two of you can both get there using different ways.  Don’t be afraid to trade off taking the lead.  Begin to notice how the letting go of the approach allows for a deeper appreciation that the outcome was met.

You got this!
